Returns and Exchanges
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Snowbee USA, we believe in the satisfaction of our customers. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase(s), please contact us first at Support@Snowbee-USA.com and inform us of your request for return(s). When contacting us, please put “RETURNS” in the subject line followed by your order number. In your email please provide contact information, order number, and your request. Snowbee USA staff will respond to your email to confirm receipt of the request and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which is required for all returns and exchanges. RMA numbers will remain valid for 10 days after they have been issued.
Then simply return the unused item(s) to Snowbee USA using your preferred shipping provider. We ask that you write the RMA number on the outside of the shipment box. Snowbee USA does not accept returns for dirty, damaged, worn products or items removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Please include all original tags and packaging.
The procedure is the same for exchange(s), we only ask that you put “EXCHANGES” in the subject line instead of “RETURNS” and specify what size you would like an exchange for.
