Constructed using a tough 840D rip-stop polyester blend for strength and weight savings while incorporating a rear PU coating for high water resistance. 

The front section of the pack features everything you need from a modern fly vest, including two large box design pockets for fly boxes, with smaller additional smaller pockets for extra accessories. Four zipper-mesh pockets and two side-mesh pockets provide perfect storage for extra tippet and leaders. Attach your tools onto the various concealed coil retractors for easy access when changing flies, and utilize the built-in rod holder to keep your hands free. 

The rear backpack storage provides ample space for all the gear you need for a full day of fishing. The large main compartment can expand up to 12L with compression straps to cinch down the pack. One of the compression straps doubles as a rod tube strap that secures an additional rod tube on the back. Inside the main pocket is a sleeve to hold a hydration bladder with tube passage to the front. Additional mesh pockets, D-Rings, and loops adorn the rear to attach nets and other accessories. 

With a padded, air-mesh strap and back paneling, the Fly Vest Backpack is perfect to hike to your favorite fishing spots in, without having to worry about forgetting your gear.

Fly Vest Storage

The front vest section incorporates all the features you would expect on a modern fly vest. On the front are two large box design pockets with two smaller box pockets in front of them, providing the perfect place to fit different sizes of fly boxes. Additionally, there are two concealed coil retractors with tube pockets below to drop forceps and nippers into, which will stop them from swinging around. Elasticated loops plus a rod loop and Velcro tab are also on the front of the vest for convenience. Four zippered internal pockets and two side mesh pockets provide storage space for tippet spools, leaders, and other small items. Plus, for even more storage space there are a further four more mesh pockets inside the vest.

Rear Backpack Compartment

The rear backpack offers ample storage for the roving, mobile angler who desires to carry everything needed for a day’s fishing. The large main compartment can be more than doubled in size, by means of a zippered, bellows expander panel. The smaller external pocket has mesh pouch pockets both inside and on the exterior. Across the bottom of the backpack is a mesh/nylon pocket for a water bottle and there are ample D-rings for attaching landing nets and accessories.

Padded air-mesh back and should straps keep you cool and support heavy loads effortlessly, keeping the weight on your shoulders, not on your neck.

Adjustable shoulder and side straps mean one size fits all.

Best pack I ever owned.

I’ve been fly fishing for 35 years. When I first started as a teenager, I fished with a vest but soon after all the different types of packs and bags came out, so I switched. That was a mistake. I finally made it back to a vest and this one is the best of both worlds. A vest that gives you hands free capabilities with a storage pack. Materials are very durable and the zippers actually zip, which can’t be said for many of the packs on the market.

Defective Product

The shoulder strap ripped the first time I put on the vest. I filled out the return form with photos 7 days and no one has responded

Comfortable & Well Designed Fly Fishing Vest

This vest is very comfortable due to the padded air mesh back & shoulder straps. I like option to zip up front of vest or use buckle to allow more ventilation with warm weather. Lots of storage too. Highly recommend!
