Missing net lanyard

Received 1 of 2 lanyards. Sent repeated emails explaining missing lanyard. Never a response and decided to give up. Feeling ripped off and will not purchase from Snowbee again!

This allows me to extend the net down a little and give me better access to reach. In addition I am not attaching the magnet directly to the net.
