New Nano Coating Technology (NCT) has enabled us to produce the softest, most supple, best casting and longest lasting fly lines in our history. The smaller nano particles result in a silky smooth slick surface finish and a more dense material. So whether sinking or floating, the XS fly lines now have a finer, more durable, silky-finish profile which means they not only cast better as they cut cleaner through the air but they fish and last longer too, exceeding even the legendary performance of the original XS lines.
The electron microscope images here, emphasize the vast improvements of the new technology over the old. Not visible to the naked eye, the results when magnified many times, clearly illustrate the improvements; and all XS fly lines are now made using the new Nano Coating Technology.
The results and general feedback have been outstanding; and combined with profiles, our bespoke material, and crucial designs, the new technology has enhanced even the best of any previous performance we have enjoyed for years before.
We have not stopped at Nano Coating Technology either. Always looking for continuous improvement, we continue to carry out tests on even more advanced Nano Technology and core construction, set to keep Snowbee fly lines at the highest level, smoother and more advanced than ever before. The new Competition Long Cast fly line is another testament to the smoothness and finish of the XS Nano fly lines. Genuine 50-yard casts are now available if your acting ability is up to it and we continue to develop and explore new boundaries to achieve and exceed the performance of any previous fly lines.
