RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Visit our returns center: snowbeeusa.returnscenter.com
  2. Enter your order number and email address to start
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  5. If you do not have an order number, please email us at support@snowbee-usa.com with your request.
  6. Exchange requests follow the same process. Choose "Exchange" when prompted. 

     

    FAQs

    - Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    - Items must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition in in order to be eligible for a full refund.

    - Items that are returned used, broken, or with missing parts will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

    - Gift cards and Outlet items are FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    - The exchange process is the same as the return process, however, select the exchange option when prompted instead of the return option. You can initiate an exchange here.

    - Items must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition in in order to be eligible for an exchange.

    - Items that are returned used, broken, or with missing parts will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This charge will be applied to the order and will need to be paid first in order to receive the replacement item.

    Refer to the email received after placing the return/exchange request. Please keep in mind that you are responsble for return shipping label costs.

    Refunds will be processed in 5-7 business days after approval and your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method by default, or can be applied towards store credit at request.
